<p>Quantum optimization software provider JIJ Inc. and photonic hardware developer ORCA Computing, in a joint corporate project with energy conglomerate bp, and the UK National Quantum Computing Centre (NQCC), have released a comprehensive benchmarking white paper validating a hybrid quantum-classic
